I work on digital products.

Over the past 20 years I’ve moved between startups, scale-ups and larger organisations, helping teams turn ideas into things that actually work. I like being close to the work: shaping direction, working with engineers, and getting products into users’ hands.

Most of what I do sits around fixing what slows teams down. That can be unclear ownership, messy architecture, or too much distance between decisions and delivery. Once that’s clear, progress usually follows.

Lately I’m spending more time on how AI changes the way we build products, not as a separate topic, but as part of everyday work.
